well, i couldn't help myself... having so much fun with this now kind of animation... here's a animationdoodle i made in 30 minutes... animating straight on...

This is my first flash animation. It's really fun to do, so expect some more animation doodles in the future...

Why do they have masks anyway? That's the question i'm trying to figure out this morning... need some help here...

So this is how the composition will look like... Now, this all will be synchronised with the voices. So you have to imagine the moving mouths and the expressions for a while, but i'm sure you'll manage that...

Here's my second character. I had to recreate her after i lost all my work i did last night. Still have 3 characters to make, but i wont sleep untill i have them, so expect more posts this night...

This is one of the Five characters I'm creating for a fast lip sync assignment for school, the whole 19sec After Effects animation has to be finished in one week, the deadline is next wednesday, march 21st.

What you see below is my big project where i'm currently working on. It's still in a 'Work In Progress'. I started storyboarding in at the end of october 2006 and started animating at the end of january this year. So that's about 4 months of work. Of course this isn't all i did in the last 4 months... I still had a lot of classes to go to and other assignments... What you see here is a very rough animation reel of my one-minute short. I have a componist working on the soundtrack and the ambientnoise will be added somewhere next week... Than i start cleaning up al this...
The story: It's about a alcohol worker who crossed the line yesterday. He went way to far, he did alot of awfull stuff and now he really regrets it and needs to confess in church... Comments are allways more than welcome... shoot!!

Did this one last night... till 4 o'clock in the morning... It isn't finished, i posted it anyway, because i don't have time in the next weeks to finish it...

Did some fast sketches with my Wacom. The last one took half an hour. And i used some photo's as a reference. Well, hope you like them... I really enjoy this digital drawing, because you get a realy fast 'clean' result and you can get very close to details... If there is enough time, there will be more very soon...

Well, The last month i spented my time on animation (the result wil be posted here soon). And in at night i'm working on this new project --> i got this fantastic wacomtablet from school. So i can work on my 'After Effects' project and on my new storyboard. And to get you all involved in my world of hard animation work, what about a 'every day digital drawing'. Some kind of a dairie-stuff...
